Profile ~ Robina Sutch, Founder


Robina has worked in a range of sectors and fully appreciates the unique challenges facing senior management in all sized of organisations from SMEs to global corporations.

In 1992 Robina directed her enterprising skills and talents towards a brand new venture, branching out in to her own management consultancy business. Then, having made her mark in the world of big business, in 2005 Robina chose to turn her attentions to small to medium enterprises (SMEs). With a number of blue chip clients now behind her, Robina began working with these smaller businesses, helping them to stretch their targets and achieve their goals.

In 2011 she returned to the Financial sector, helping her clients align their transformation delivery with their strategic aspirations and requirements for benefit delivery.

Her most recent large scale Programme (2013/2104) has been a major relocation and workplace strategy initiative for one of the leading lights in the insurance sector. This involved setting the strategy for a multi-million pound transformation programme to relocate almost a thousand employees to a specifically designed, fitted out, high profile new home in The Leadenhall building, while enhancing the way that they work and the technology that they use to work flexibly, in an exciting collaborative environment.

Most recently (2015), she has been concentrating her efforts on utilising her existing change management, mentoring and coaching skills, with SMEs. A result being an offer to act as a Non-Executive Director for a forward thinking social enterprise organisation funded by the Mayor of London.A great communicator whether advising, presenting (verbally or written) or selling, Robina’s influence and drive has been used to make Transission a success from the word go. Quick to adapt, with strong commitment to see any assignment through to fruition, her ability for finding innovative solutions for business problems is second to none.

In her spare time Robina loves to stay active, cycling and walking. As an avid sailor, with Yachtmaster qualifications, she owns & cruises a 33ft racing yacht.
