The challenge

The purpose of the assignment was to manage the selection process of a CRM solution and systems integration partner, supporting contract discussions.
Subsequent to selection, to mobilise resource and develop appropriate processes to take the programme into its natural project lifecycle.

Our offering

The Programme spanned across all parts of the business, at a variety of levels (from Board level downwards) and interacted with a number of major suppliers, including Logica, Compaq, Siebel, Chordiant, FI and IBM. The selection process also required significant engagement of Barclays Group IT.

The outcome

The selection process was achieved to very tight deadlines and to a very high quality. The process has been used subsequently in Barclays.
